For Dansville teens involved in deadly crash, 'everything went wrong that night'
The Dansville teens involved in an early Saturday crash that killed four of them "made a series of bad decisions" before crashing into an embankment and tree in Allegany County, said New York State Police Trooper Mark O'Donnell.
"We're not trying to pick on the dead...but everything went wrong that night that could've gone wrong," he said.
Now, he said, investigators are trying to piece together what happened so they can learn from the crash, provide an explanation for the teens' families and "potentially prevent anything like it from happening in the future," he said.
