Unlicensed driver charged in death of toddler on Bronx street

A 22-year-old Staten Island man was arrested on several charges — including unlicensed driving — after his vehicle jumped a curb in the Bronx and killed a 1-year-old girl in a stroller, police said.

Kier Boneparte lost control of his 2002 BMW SUV while traveling north near East 215th Street and White Plains Road in Williamsbridge around 4 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.

He slammed into an unoccupied parked car, then crashed into the little girl, pinning her and her stroller against the wall, according to police.
